27 października 2022 r. odbędzie się kolejne webinarium Open Day w projekcie „Ograniczanie społecznych nierówności w zdrowiu poprzez stosowanie rozwiązań telemedycyny i e-zdrowia”, finansowanym ze środków Norweskiego Mechanizmu Finansowego 2014-2021 oraz budżetu państwa. Spotkanie prowadzone będzie w formule online, podczas którego eksperci norwescy i polscy zaprezentują możliwości wykorzystania rozwiązań e-zdrowia w obszarze zdrowia psychicznego. Dzięki transmisji spotkania na żywo, uczestnicy będą mieli zapewnioną możliwość zadawania pytań. Pierwsze spotkanie z cyklu Open Days w projekcie „Ograniczanie społecznych nierówności w zdrowiu poprzez stosowanie rozwiązań telemedycyny i e-zdrowia” odbyło się 2 czerwca 2022,, a jego organizatorem było Norweskie Centrum Badań nad e-Zdrowiem w Tromsø - partner Ministerstwa Zdrowia, współrealizujący projekt.
Webinar Open Day: Adoption of technology in health został otwarty przez Steina Olava Skrøvsetha, dyrektora Centrum oraz Huberta Życińskiego, zastępcę dyrektora Departamentu Innowacji MZ. Wzięło w nim udział blisko 50 osób wśród których znaleźli się: członkowie Zespołu projektowego, przedstawiciele Operatora Programu, Krajowego Punktu Kontaktowego, partnera programu z Norwegii, inni przedstawiciele Ministerstwa Zdrowia oraz potencjalni beneficjenci.
Ekspertami zaproszonymi do udziału w spotkaniu, byli norwescy specjaliści i praktycy, którzy podzielili się swoją wiedzą oraz doświadczeniami w zakresie rozwoju telemedycyny. Poruszane kwestie dotyczyły wykorzystania technologii ICT w jednostkach sektora ochrony zdrowia, wdrażania technologii opieki zdrowotnej i społecznej (teleopieki) na poziomie jednostek samorządowych oraz roli personelu medycznego we wdrażaniu technologii w ochronie zdrowia.
W ramach spotkania omówiono m.in. następujące tematy:
- wyniki projektu polegającego na wdrożeniu aplikacji mobilnej w celu wsparcia praktyki klinicznej w szpitalu, w szczególności w zakresie zmiany z rejestracji papierowej na rejestrację poprzez aplikację;
- analiza wprowadzania i funkcjonowania narodowego programu telezdrowia, uruchomionego w norweskich gminach ponad dekadę temu;
- wykorzystanie ram analitycznych "NASSS" do przewidywania i oceny wdrażania e-zdrowia;
- ewaluacja projektów dotyczących elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej, które zakończyły się niepowodzeniem.

Open Day: Telemedicine and e-health
The next Open Day webinar in the project “Tackling social inequalities in health with the use of e-health and telemedicine solutions”, funded under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism Programme 2014-2021 and co-financed with the Polish state budget will take place on 27 October 2022.
During an online meeting Norwegian and Polish experts will present the possibilities of using e-health solutions in the area of mental health. Thanks to the live streaming of the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. Participation in the webinar is free of charge. The first Open Day meeting in the series implemented in the project “Tackling social inequalities in health with the use of e-health and telemedicine solutions” took place on 2 June 2022, and was organised by the Norwegian Centre for E-Health Research in Tromsø - the Project Partner of the Ministry of Health.
The webinar Open Day: Adoption of technology in health was opened by Stein Olav Skrøvseth, Centre Director, and Hubert Życiński, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation at the Ministry of Health.
Nearly 50 participants joined the event: members of the Project Team, representatives of the Programme Operator, National Focal Point, Donor Programme Partner, other representatives of the Ministry of Health and potential beneficiaries. Experts invited to the meeting were Norwegian specialists and practitioners who shared their knowledge and experience in the development of telemedicine. Discussed issues revolved around the use of ICT in healthcare sector units, the implementation of health and social care technology (telecare) at the level of local government units, and the role of medical personnel in the implementation of technology in healthcare.
The following topics were discussed:
- the results of the project involving the implementation of a mobile app to support clinical practice at the hospital, in particular the change from paper registration to registration via an app;
- an analysis of the introduction and operation of the national telehealth programme, launched in Norwegian municipalities more than a decade ago;
- use of the 'NASSS' analytical framework to predict and evaluate e-Health implementation;
- evaluation of unsuccessful electronic health records projects.
